On November 30th, 2025 at 1901 hours Officers responded to Cranberry RD / Sycamore DR for a vehicle off the roadway that was possibly involved in a motor vehicle accident.

Officers made contact with the operator of the vehicle, Kristie Lyons-Donovan, the defendant in this matter, who was showing several signs of impairment while speaking with Officers.

An investigation was conducted and Lyons-Donovan was placed in to custody for suspicion of DUI and transported to MCCF DUI Center for processing.
