On May 1, 2026, at approximately 2105 hours, the Pocono Township Police were conducting a narcotics investigation.  While on scene, an Officer observed Jason LaBar operating his vehicle with a DUI suspended license.  LaBar was stopped and requested to exit the vehicle.  LaBar exited the vehicle and the Officer observed a BB gun that was under his lap.  The Officer the observed a glass stem that is commonly associated with narcotics sticking out of LaBar's front pocket.  A search of his person was conducted and the contraband was seized.  LaBar was charged with drug paraphernalia and driving while DUI suspended.
