On July 3rd, 2026, at approximately 2315 hours, Officers of the Pocono Township Police Department were on a traffic detail near the Camelback Lodge. While there, they encountered a vehicle that swerved off of the roadway. Officers then made contact with the driver, and defendant in this matter, Andrew Jackle, of Clinton New Jersey. A DUI investigation was then conducted, to include a subsequent blood analysis. The defendant was found to be operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance.
