On February 27th, 2026 at approximately 04:07 A.M., officers of the Pocono Township Police Department were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident hit an run to the area of SR0611 and Brookdale Road. Witnesses provided a driver description, vehicle description, and dash cam footage of the vehicle that struck another, then drove away without contacting the police. A subsequent investigation led officers to identifying the driver of the vehicle as Travis Imhof, of Mount Pocono.

Imhof was charged with accidents involving damage to attended vehicles and other traffic offenses.
