On April 10th 2023, the Pocono Township Police Department was able to identify the suspect in the theft of the charity jar at Chohans BP at the corner of 611 and 715.

With assistance from the public, Officers were able to identify the suspect as Zachary R HOFFMMAN who has been charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking a charge

graded as a misdemeanor of the second degree.

HOFFMAN will be scheduled a court date in the future for this charge.
