On April 8, 2023, at 1248 am, an Officer from the Pocono Township Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a Honda Civic for an equipment violation in the area of SR0611 and Woodland Road. During the course of the investigation, the driver of the vehicle, David Hartnett a 29-year-old male from Tobyhanna, was found to be in possession of suspected narcotics and drug paraphernalia. Charges for possession of narcotics and drug paraphernalia were filed.
