On October 6, 2022, at approximately 1303 hours a Pocono Township Police Department officer was on routine patrol in the area of SR0611 and Wise Plaza in Scotrun. The officer observed a dark Gray 2022 Kawasaki motorcycle traveling South on SR0611 at a high rate of speed, passing multiple vehicles in the center turning lane. The motorcycle proceeded to pass vehicles as it traveled South. The officer pursued the motorcycle with lights and sirens activated and was able to get behind it on Interstate 80 East. While pursuing the motorcycle the operator looked back multiple times and proceeded to drive between vehicles at a high rate of speed. The operator eventually voluntarily stopped on the side of Interstate 80.

The operator of the motorcycle was identified as 22-year-old  Jehdiah D. Graham of Atlanta, Georgia. During the investigation it was discovered that Graham's operating privileges were suspended out of Pennsylvania and that the motorcycle's registration was altered to avoid identification. Graham was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility to be processed and arraigned.
