On November 20, 2025, at around 4:33 pm, Pocono Township Police Department officers spotted Robert Cunningham, a 30-year-old male from Albrightsville, at Weis Market, aware that he had an outstanding arrest warrant issued by the Sheriff's Office. After making contact with Cunningham, they took him into custody based on the active warrant. A subsequent search revealed methamphetamine and drug-related items on his person, leading to additional charges being filed against him for possession of the controlled substance and paraphernalia.
