On June 24th, 2026, at approximately 09:19 P.M., officers of the Pocono Township Police Department were called to a residence to investigate a 911 hang up. While on scene officers made contact with the defendant in this matter, Frank Cucinello of Tobyhanna, who was suspected to be intoxicated while being in physical control of a vehicle. A subsequent DUI investigation, and blood analyses found the defendant to have been operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
