On March 13th, 2026, officers with the Pocono Township Police Department were dispatched to the Lids store at the Pocono Premium Outlets for a theft report. Through the investigation, officers learned that former-employee Noah A Brown, a 21-year-old male from the Tobyhanna area, removed cash deposits from the store and failed to deliver them to designated drop area at the end of his shift on two separate occasions, totaling over $1,500. As a result, Brown is charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking and Receiving Stolen Property. Charges have been filed in relation to this incident.
