On May 2nd, 2025, at 1009 hours an Officer with the Pocono Township Police Department responded to the Children's Place Outlet in the Pocono Premium Outlet for a retail theft that happened on Sunday, April 27th, 2025 at 1500 hours.

Staff from the store showed video footage of a Hispanic female entering the store and concealing numerous clothing items valued at $1260.

The female was identified as 52-year-old Leticia Bautista from New Rochelle, NY.

Charges have been filed.
