On January 13, 2020, a known juvenile female victim reported to the Bradford City Police that during November and December of 2018 Edward Wright (68 Yrs. Old W/M, from Bradford) had indecent contact with her on several occasions without consent.  These acts occurred at 80 Main Street in the City of Bradford, Pennsylvania.   

The juvenile was under the age of 16 years and older than the age of 13 years, and defendant was the age of 66/67 years at the time defendant committed these acts.  The defendant was in a position of authority, control and trust over the juvenile during the times these acts were committed.

Wright was subsequently charged and a warrant was obtained for his arrest.  Charges include three counts of Indecent Assault (without the complainants consent) Misdemeanor 2, three counts of Indecent Assault (of a person less that 16 years of age) Misdemeanor 2, two counts of Corruption of Minors (one Felony 3 and one Misdemeanor 1).

On 02/19/20 Wright was picked up on the warrant and arraigned before Judge Todd.  Bail was set at $75,000.00 and Wright was remanded to McKean County Jail.
