Incident Summary: Disturbance on Davis Street
On August 3, 2026, at approximately [time], City of Bradford Police responded to a disturbance at 95 Davis Street. Upon arrival, officers encountered a verbal confrontation between Amber Tucker, and an adult male. During the altercation, Tucker allegedly grabbed an axe or hatchet, raised it, and swung at the male victim while threatening to harm him. Fortunately, the victim was able to block the attempted strike. Based on evidence collected and statements taken, officers took Amber Tucker into custody for her involvement in the incident. A search incident to arrest revealed Tucker was in possession of Methamphetamine, a Schedule II Controlled Substance. Magistrate David Engman arraigned Tucker and remanded her to jail on $25,000 cash bail. Preliminary hearings are scheduled in the matter. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
