Incident Summary

On August 26, 2026, at approximately 1730 hours, officers with the City of Bradford Police Department responded to a report of a physical altercation in the roadway and/or on the sidewalk near Main Street and Tops.

Upon arrival, officers identified the involved parties as a 25-year-old male Jordan Stykemain and a 27-year-old female victim. Multiple witnesses were present on the sidewalk in the area of the massage parlor on Main Street.

Witnesses reported that the male had been acting in a threatening manner toward the female and had made physical contact with her. The male was observed acting erratically on the sidewalk and was detained by officers pending further investigation. During the detention, the male put up a physical struggle before being successfully detained.

Further investigation revealed that the male had thrown a cup at the female, striking her, and had also chest-bumped her while screaming in her face. Additionally, the male ran into traffic to yell at individuals who had stopped their vehicles to assist the female, who was pregnant at the time of the incident.

The male was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct. During a search of his person, officers located a broken glass bubble-style smoking device containing suspected drug residue, which was identified as suspected drug paraphernalia.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
