On October 3rd, 2021 at approximately 0200 hrs Officers responded to a call at the intersection of Boylston Street and Kennedy Street for an intoxicated male. Upon arrival Officers observed Skillman to be highly intoxicated and he had his 6 yr old child with him. Witnesses reported Skillman had fallen on top of the child endangering the child near the roadway. Skillman was taken into custody for endangering the welfare of a child and public intoxication. Skillman was arraigned by Magistrate Cercone and remanded to McKean County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.
