On November 13th, 2019 at 0808 hrs, City of Bradford Police Department responded to 26 Brennan St. for a fight in progress. Officers arrived and found two men actively fighting outside the residence on the sidewalk and both men were bleeding and injured. Through investigation it was learned that the defendant Paul D. Skillman assaulted the other male a 64 yr old victim punching him and causing facial injuries. Skillman then chased the victim out of the house. Once outside Skillman again grabbed the victim and another fight ensued in the street in which Skillman also received injuries. Skillman was found to be highly intoxicated. Skillman was taken into custody and charged accordingly with simple assault and harassment.
