On 09/27/2021 City of Bradford Police arrested Doreather L. Skaggs for Misdemeanor Harassment and Stalking of another adult female. The accused showed up unwanted to the victims apartment numerous times, sent unwanted text messages numerous times, and threatened the victim numerous times over a period of time. The accused had been warned by the victim prior to have no contact and was also officially warned by the police to have no contact. Charges were filed accordingly. Skaggs was arraigned and is currently out on unsecured bail with preliminary hearings pending.
