On November 1st, 2021 at approximately 2330 hrs, City of Bradford Police were dispatched to meet with two victims for domestic violence that had involved a firearm at 130 Kennedy Street. After interviews were conducted Officers learned that the actor Joseph Reap had been involved in a domestic dispute with these victims when he allegedly grabbed a gun and pointed at the victims threatening to shoot them. Both victims were in fear for their lives. City Police obtained an arrest warrant for Reap and on 11/09/2021 he was located and found by Bradford Township Police and arrested. Magistrate Engman arraigned Reap on the charges and bail was not posted. Reap was remanded to McKean County Jail pending preliminary hearings.
