City of Bradford Police Department Press Release

On April 7th, 2025, at approximately 0900 hours, the City of Bradford Police Department assisted Pennsylvania State Parole at 1 Circle Street in Bradford.

As a result of this investigation, City Police took, Norman Michael Quinn, into custody for Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver and Possession of related drug paraphernalia. Methamphetamine is a Schedule II Controlled Substance.

Magistrate Luther arraigned Quinn and remanded him to McKean County Jail on $50,000 straight cash bail. Preliminary hearings are set in the matter.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
