On 01/21/22 at approximately 2006 hrs City of Bradford Police took James E. Michaud II, into custody as he was a wanted fugitive from Pennsylvania State Parole for absconding. Additionally, Michaud was recently charged with a simple assault on an adult female from 11/01/21 which occurred at 125 Congress Street. Michaud was transported to McKean County Jail and then transferred to the Department of Corrections. Preliminary hearings are set in the assault matter.
