On December 2nd, 2020 City of Bradford Police arrested Andrew I. Meadows for charges related to theft of a cell phone from Choice Store on West Washington Street. The defendant took possession of the victims cell phone and accessed the personal content and deleted it from the phone and then used the phone for his personal use which was not authorized. Meadows was arrested on the related charges and arraigned by District Magistrate Richard Luther. Meadows bail was set at $20,000 unsecured and he is awaiting preliminary hearings.
