On 03/24/2022 at approximately 0056 hrs, City of Bradford Police were dispatched to a reported disturbance involving a firearm at 75 Jefferson Street. Officers learned that Mclaughlin exited his residence with a handgun and confronted two male victims outside on the sidewalk. Mclaughlin is alleged to have racked the slide and pointed the firearm at the two men threatening to shoot them. The dispute was related to the two victims allegedly shining lights into Mclaughlin's windows. City Police arrested Mclaughlin for the offense and he was taken to Magistrate Cercone for arraignment. Bail was set at $10,000 unsecured and he was released with preliminary hearings set and pending.
