On 04/19/22 at approximately 2303 hrs, City of Bradford Police Officers were dispatched to 94 Pleasant Street apartment 2 to remove a male Daniel C. Mackenzie as the female that resides there has an active Protection from Abuse order against him. Officer located Mackenzie a short distance away from the residence and learned he had entered 94 Pleasant Street arguing with the female. Officers took Mackenzie into custody for violating the PFA. Mackenzie was arraigned by the on call Magistrate and remanded to McKean County Jail. on $2,500 cash bail. Officers also found a small amount of Methamphetamine on Mackenzie for which he will also have pending charges.
