Incident Summary
On June 5, 2026, at approximately 2324 hours, police responded to a report of a physical disturbance involving three individuals at 102 Congress Street. Upon arrival, officers made contact with the involved parties, Jacob J. Hudak and another suspect.
During the investigation, it was determined that Hudak had entered the private bedroom of victims at 111 South Avenue, Apartment 3, without permission. Despite being told to leave, Hudak forced open the bedroom door, causing damage to the door and a television. Hudak then physically assaulted one of the victim, leaving visible marks on his body.
The victims reported feeling fearful for their lives during the incident. Hudak was arrested and charged in connection with the incident. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
