On October 3rd, 2021 City of Bradford Police Officers responded to 56 South Avenue for a domestic assault in progress. Upon arrival the male actor Joshua Harvey had left the residence. The adult female victim reported she had been assaulted by Harvey as he was choking her restricting her breathing asking her if this is what she wants, you want to die? The victim did have a visible marks on her face and pain from the assault. The defendant was located by City of Bradford Police and arrested on an arrest warrant for the allegations. Magistrate Cercone arraigned the defendant Harvey and he was released on unsecured bail pending preliminary hearings.
