On  October 23rd, 2021 at approximately 1528 hrs, City of Bradford Police investigated a possible trespass at 61 Linwood Ave. Officers located and identified John Eugene Frampton on scene. Upon checking Frampton's ID it was learned he was a wanted fugitive from justice out of the State of Florida. Frampton was arrested and arraigned on those charges and remanded to McKean County Jail. Extradition is pending.
