On April 1st, 2021 City of Bradford Police responded to 38 High Street to investigate a possible Protection from Abuse Order violation. The victim reported the offender was outside of her home attempting to make contact with her. Officer located the male Richard E. Earle outside of the victims residence and took him into custody for violating an active Protection from Abuse order. Magistrate Engman arraigned Earle and remanded him to McKean County Jail on $25,000 cash bail. A hearing on the matter will be set.
