On 04/15/2020 at 1521 hrs. officers were dispatched to Bradford Regional Medical Center for a report of a disruptive patient. On arrival officers located Michael Dowell (46 yr. old W/M) in the emergency room.  He was actively yelling and swearing at the nurses that were trying to help him.  Officers tried to calm him down and he then became verbally combative advising he would fight with officers.

Michael Dowell was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.  He was subsequently arraigned before Judge Cercone and remanded to McKean County Jail because he was deemed a public safety concern.
