On 01/19/2022 at approximately 0646 hrs City of Bradford Police responded to 95 State Street for a domestic assault. Officers located the actor inside the residence along with a female victim and two children. The female victim had injury to her neck and reported that the actor Corey Chatmon assaulted her by throwing her onto a bed and then getting on top of her and choking her in front of the children. Officers observed injury consistent with choking and placed Chatmon into custody for strangulation, simple assault, harassment and additionally charges related to illegal possession of Suboxone which is a scheduled controlled substance. Chatmon was arraigned by Magistrate Cercone and remanded to McKean County Jail. Preliminary hearings are set in the matter.
