On 09/03/21 City of Bradford Police took the defendant Jake Cabisca into custody on an arrest warrant for trespass, and criminal mischief. Upon arrest Cabisca was found to be in possession of a controlled substance and related paraphernalia. Cabisca was arraigned by Magistrate Luther and remanded to McKean County Jail on $8,000 total cash bail.
