Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board Conducts Compliance Checks at Local Establishments
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (LCB) recently conducted compliance checks at several licensed establishments within the area to ensure adherence to state liquor laws and applicable regulations.
The following violations were observed:
Everything Bagels LLC (t/a Broad Street Grille) – Failure to properly post liquor license, failure to post CIAA signage, and unlawful use of a loudspeaker.
Second Base Restaurant & Lounge Inc (t/a 929 Restaurant Bar & Lounge) – Failure to properly post liquor license, failure to post health permit, failure to adhere to Conditional Licensing Agreement (CLA), permitted smoking without a CIAA exemption, and unlawful use of a loudspeaker.
Prestigio Restaurant & Bar Inc. (t/a Prestigio) – Permitted smoking without a CIAA exemption, failure to properly post liquor license, and unlawful use of a loudspeaker.
Sazon Latino Restaurant Corporation (t/a Sazon Latino 1) – Failure to properly post liquor license and failure to post CIAA signage.
Fiesta Sports Bar LLC (t/a Fiesta Sports Bar) – Failure to properly post liquor license and unlawful use of a loudspeaker.
Eros Café LLC (t/a Eros Café) – Unlawful use of a loudspeaker and failure to post CIAA signage.
Kayros Lounge and Restaurant LLC (t/a Kayros Lounge and Restaurant) – No violations observed.
The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board conducts routine compliance checks to ensure establishments are operating within state regulations, including proper licensing display, adherence to the Clean Indoor Air Act (CIAA), and compliance with local noise ordinances and conditional licensing agreements.
These inspections are part of ongoing efforts to promote public safety, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure a safe environment for patrons and the community.
