VanWhy emphasized the dangers of distracted driving, which includes the misuse of cell phones while behind the wheel. As a reminder, students were informed about the upcoming "Paul Miller's Law," a new cell phone law that takes effect on June 6th that bans the use of handheld cellphones at red lights and in traffic.
