On August 12, 2026, the Hanover Township Crime Watch and the Creamer at Michael Mootz hosted their second annual First Responders Ice Cream Social. The community responded positively to the event. Children of all ages had the opportunity to explore the equipment up close and meet the dedicated individuals who serve and protect our community. The Hanover Township Police Department, Fire Department, and Hanover Township Medic 9 all participated in the event.
