The Hanover Township Police Department arrested 30 year old Ivan Devon Jackson following an investigation into a shooting incident that occurred on May 09, 2024 in the Hanover Village Apartment Complex. Jackson was taken into custody on a warrant during a traffic stop conducted by the Hanover Township Police Department Patrol Division. Jackson was later arraigned by Magistrate Kyle Halesey on the following criminal charges: 2 counts of Aggravated Assault, 2 counts of Criminal Conspiracy to commit Aggravated Assault, 1 count of Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Structure, 1 count of Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Discharging of a firearm into an occupied structure, 1 count of Recklessly Endangering Another Person, 1 count of Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and Disorderly Conduct. Jackson was lodged in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility in lieu of "No Bail."
