2)     Juvenile Male, 15, of Palmyra, was charged with Retail Theft and Underage Drinking, for an incident that occurred on December 22, 2025, at approximately 0056 hours - Incident Location: Sheetz, 811 East Main Street, Palmyra

3)     Jeffrey Ira Leedy, 45, of Palmyra, was charged with Confinement of Dog on Premises, for an incident that occurred on December 15, 2025, at approximately 1000 hours - Incident Location: 100 block North Grant Street, Palmyra

4)     Joseph Murray Lownes, 39, of Palmyra was charged with Confinement of Dog on Premises and Failure to Obtain License, for an incident that occurred on December 13, 2025, at approximately 0800 hours - Incident Location: 200 block North College Street, Palmyra
