On 10/05/2022 at approximately 2200 hours, Palmyra Police were detailed to the 100blk North Locust St for a theft.   On location they learned that a BMX Mongoose Brawler bike and several plastic bins were removed from the rear of a home in the block.. The BMX bike was primarily black with gold features and the bins were blue, yellow, and red.
