At approximately 0106 hours, on September 6, 2026, the Western Lebanon County Regional PD was dispatched to Rutter's Convenience Store, 798 West Main Street, Annville, PA, 17003, for a report of an active Retail Theft.  According to Rutter's employees, the actor had fled the scene.  After an investigation into the incident, Rico Dewayne Hicks was charged with Retail Theft (Misdemeanor 2) and Driving While Suspended - DUI Related (Summary).  The criminal complaint was filed with District Judge Ditzler's office on 09/07/26.
