On September 2, 2026, Western Lebanon County Regional Police Department responded to 307 North College Street, 2nd floor in Palmyra for an incident. While on scene, officers encountered Ivette Ferrer who was screaming at multiple subjects on scene. During the course of the investigation, Ferrer was repeatedly given warnings to which she did not listen to. Ferrer continued screaming outside, causing serious inconvenience to multiple neighbors in the area. Ferrer was arrested for disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia and harassment and then transported to Lebanon County Central Booking to wait arraignment.
