At approx. 2130 hours on 23 February 2026, during a traffic stop, a South Lebanon Township Police Officer made contact with Jolin Ken Zimmerman, a passenger in the vehicle. It was learned Zimmerman had an outstanding Arrest Warrant out of Dauphin County. While taking Zimmerman into custody for the outstanding warrant, a loaded handgun & ammunition were located. It was learned Zimmerman was prohibited from possessing firearms. He was arrested and charged with Persons Not to Possess Firearms (F2) and Firearms Act - Carry Firearm without License (M1).
