On 03/01/2026, South Lebanon Township Police conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of East Cumberland Street.

During the investigation, officers located approximately 118 grams of suspected methamphetamine, individually packaged in multiple bags, along with a digital scale and numerous empty plastic bags. A passenger initially provided officers with a false identity but was subsequently identified as Matthew Ryan Wagner.

Wagner was charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled or Counterfeit Substance, and False Identification to Law Enforcement.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
