At approx. 2318 hours on 01 December 2025 a S. Lebanon Township Police Officer conducted a traffic stop along E. Cumberland Street, Lebanon. During the investigation he learned the driver Paul C. Stong was under the influence of alcohol and was in possession of a controlled substance. Upon receipt of his legal blood test results Stong was charged with  DUI-Highest Rate .201% (M), DUI-Incapable Of Safe Driving (M), Possession Of Small Amount Of Marijuana (M) and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia (M).
