On 05/25/2026 at approximately 11:18 PM, South Lebanon Township Police conducted a patrol check at AES Ironwood Park and located a vehicle parked inside the park after hours.

During the investigation, officers made contact with the driver, Rafael Santiago, and observed signs of impairment. Officers also located multiple THC vape cartridges and marijuana products inside the vehicle.

Santiago was transported for a legal blood draw. Toxicology results later confirmed the presence of THC in Santiago's blood.

Santiago was charged with:
• 75 PAVC. § 3802(d)(2) – DUI: Drug or Combination of Drugs – General Impairment
• 75 PAVC. § 3802(d)(1)(i) – DUI: Schedule I Controlled Substance
• 35 P.S. § 10231.1308(a)(1) – Medical Marijuana Act Violation
