At approx. 1447 hours on 04 January 2026 a South Lebanon Township Police Officer conducted a traffic stop along the 600 Block of East Cumberland Street, Lebanon. During the investigation the Officer learned the driver, Bryan James Rebman, was in possession of a controlled substance and did not have a valid driver's license. Krill was charged with Possession Of A Controlled Substance "Methamphetamine" (M), and Driving While Operating Privilege Is Suspended Or Revoked for Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance (S).
