At approx. 0908 hours on 27January2026, a South Lebanon Township Police Officer conducted a traffic stop along the 500 block of E. Cumberland Street, Lebanon. During the investigation he learned the driver of the vehicle Tyler James Randler was in possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  He was charged with Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia (M) and Driving While Operating Privilege is Suspended or Revoked (S).
