On 07/25/2026 at approximately 2:22 AM, South Lebanon Township Police conducted a traffic stop after observing a vehicle commit multiple traffic violations in the 1800 block of East Cumberland Street.

During the investigation, the driver, Treyvon Alexander Ramos Garcia, displayed signs of impairment and marijuana was observed inside the vehicle. Following field sobriety testing and a drug influence evaluation, Garcia was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI.

A legal blood draw was obtained, and subsequent toxicology testing confirmed the presence of Delta-9 THC and THC metabolites in Garcia’s blood.

Garcia was charged with DUI – Controlled Substance (General Impairment), DUI – Controlled Substance, Violation of the Medical Marijuana Act, and Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
