On 09/20/2026, South Lebanon Township Police conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of East Walnut Street for a vehicle equipment violation.

During the investigation, officers detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The driver, Julian Quinn Payne, acknowledged having marijuana inside the vehicle.

A search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of marijuana and several vape devices containing suspected THC oil.

Payne was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana, Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Improper Sunscreening.

All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
