On 04/16/2026 at approximately 4:41 PM, South Lebanon Township Police responded to a rollover crash with injuries at the intersection of Schaeffer Road and South Lincoln Avenue.

The investigation determined that Kathleen McCracken operated a vehicle that struck a utility pole causing the vehicle to overturn. During the investigation, officers detected signs of impairment.

Medical records later confirmed McCracken had a blood alcohol concentration of approximately .256% and tested positive for marijuana at the time of the crash. McCracken also refused chemical testing requested by police.

McCracken was charged with multiple DUI-related offenses to include: PAVC 3802(C) DUI Highest Rate Alcohol 0.16 or greater, PAVC 3802(A1) DUI Incapable of Safe Driving, and PAVC 3802(D2) DUI Alcohol or Controlled Substance.
