Incident Summary

On April 18th, 2025, at approximately 0039 hours, the South Lebanon Township Police conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of E Cumberland Street. During the stop, a rear seat passenger identified as Elvin Matute-Altreche was found to have an active arrest warrant through the Lebanon County Sheriff's Office. The individual fled on foot during attempts to arrest him on the outstanding warrant. The 25-year-old male has been charged with Evading Arrest or Detention on Foot following this incident.
