Traffic Stop Results in Drug & License Violations
On April 1, 2026, at approximately 1:23 a.m., a South Lebanon Township Police Officer conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, Kaleth Sebastian Martinez, 20, of Tamaqua, PA. A records check confirmed the driver did not have a valid license.
During the stop, the odor of marijuana was detected. A search of the vehicle led to the recovery of suspected marijuana, which was seized.
The Martinez was charged with Possession of a Small Amount of Marijuana and Driving Without a Valid License.
