At approximately 0044 hours on 08 February 2026 a South Lebanon Township Police Officer conducted a traffic stop along the 1800 Block of East Cumberland Street, Lebanon. During the investigation he learned the driver of the vehicle, Devina Elizabeth Hummel, was in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.  Hummel was charged with Possession of a Small Amount Of Marijuana(M) and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia (M).
